The Reverend Lloyd Gilliam
Hello! My name is Lloyd Gilliam, I am one of several ordained ministers here at Rejoice Ministries~The Church of Healing.
At my previous Church, I came in as a reluctant husband and father. I was sure that church was not for me. But God had other plans for my life. I was not new churches or the functioning of them. I was the product of several years of childhood vacation Bible study and I attended services later on in my youth. I was captivated by the written word of God and invested a great deal of time in singular study.
The thought of God was an eye and mind-opening experience for me. I have no seminary background, but God has whispered in that still small voice what it was that he wanted me to do. I had grown while in my previous church, both spiritually and positional. I had been nominated to become a walking deacon and eventually ordained as such. I served the congregation was later voted in to become the Chairman of the Board of Deacons. But God was not through with me yet. He took me from the pew to the pulpit twenty years ago. I love the Lord and am thankful for all that he has done for me.
